What you'd keep
Move the numbers. This is recurring revenue on top of the work you already do for these clients. A local SEO agency with 30 existing clients can add this to its current portfolio without winning a single new one.

- One dashboard for every client
- Client and team access
- Automatic monthly reports
- All integrations and API access
- Cancel individual businesses at any time
Each business is billed and cancelled independently until the tenth. Unlimited client businesses under normal agency use; high-volume accounts above 100 businesses may require a custom plan.

How it works with a client
- 1
Set it up in five minutes
Pick the client's industry, publish the enquiry, link their Google listing. Add their customers by hand, CSV, a shared link, or connect their POS through Zapier, Make, n8n or the API.
- 2
Give the client a seat
Invite them as a Viewer. They see results, read what customers said, and get the list of unhappy customers to call. They can't break anything.
- 3
Let it run
Every customer is asked, reminded once, and thanked with a direct link to the review page. Unhappy customers write to the owner in private.
- 4
Everyone gets the report
On the 1st of the month, you and the client both receive the report: new Google reviews, rating, responses and who to call. That is your monthly proof of value.

Questions agencies ask
Who pays Loops?+
You do, on one card: $20 per active client business per month for your first ten, and nothing for any client after that, so at most $200 a month. Your clients pay you whatever you charge them. Add white-label for $59 a month for the whole account and your brand is the only one they ever see.
What happens when I pass 10 clients?+
Client eleven onwards is included at no extra cost, for as long as ten paid businesses stay active. If you cancel one of the ten, the oldest included client takes its place and is billed $20 with your card. Unlimited clients under normal agency use; above 100 we'll talk about a custom plan.
Can my client pay Loops directly instead?+
Yes. If you'd rather not handle billing, set the business up under the client's own account and stay on it as an Admin. They pay Loops $20; you do the work and charge them for it separately.
Can my team work on client accounts?+
Yes. Add colleagues as Editors on any set of client businesses from one screen, and make a manager an Admin. Roles are per business, so the client's account only ever shows the client's data.
What does the client see?+
As a Viewer: the dashboard, every answer and private message, the board of promoters and detractors, and the monthly report by email. Nothing to configure, nothing to break.
What if a client leaves?+
Cancel that business's subscription in the portal, or delete it. Sending stops at the end of the period; their data stays readable and exportable. If you had more than ten clients, an included client moves into the freed seat.
Does this follow Google's review policies?+
Every customer is asked the same way, nobody is offered anything for a review, and unhappy customers get a private channel. You are asking for honest reviews at the right moment, which is what Google wants too.
Build a $4,000-a-month review service for at most $259 in software.
Fifty clients at $79 is $3,950 a month. Your platform cost stays $259. Set the first one up, invite them as a Viewer, and send them the first monthly report. Then do it again.
