Ask honestly
Send enquiries only to people who have actually done business with you and whom you may lawfully contact. Do not upload purchased or scraped lists. Do not contact people who have unsubscribed or asked you to stop.
Follow the platforms' rules
Google and other review platforms prohibit incentivised reviews, fake reviews, and selectively soliciting reviews only from customers expected to be positive. Loops is built to ask everyone the same way. You must not configure or use it to offer rewards for reviews, to write reviews on customers' behalf, or to otherwise breach a platform's policies. Consequences on those platforms are yours; repeated breaches lead to suspension here.
Do not misuse the Service
No attempts to access other accounts or data, to bypass rate limits or billing, to send unrelated marketing through the enquiry emails, or to interfere with the Service. Keep your API keys private.
Reporting
Report abuse to hello@【yourdomain】. We investigate and act, including suspending accounts where needed.
