- Convex, Inc. (USA): application database, functions and file storage for logos. All account, business and customer data.
- Vercel, Inc. (USA): hosting of the website and dashboard.
- Stripe, Inc. (USA / Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland): payments, invoices and the customer portal. Your billing details; no customer data.
- Resend, Inc. (USA): delivery of enquiry, reminder, follow-up, report and team emails. Recipient email addresses and email content.
- Google LLC (USA): Google Places API for the public rating and review count of businesses you link, Google sign-in if you use it, and Google Analytics on our website and dashboard for visitors who accept analytics cookies.

We announce additions or replacements by email at least 14 days in advance, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
